Ingredients Needed:
- 2 avocados, cut into slices
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- 150 gram rocket leaves
- ½ tsp flaked rock salt
- ¼ pepper, finely ground
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp flax seed and walnut milled
Method:
- Take a large round plate, spread rocket leaves so that the plate is fully covered. Spread avocado slices and cherry tomatoes evenly. Sprinkle salt, pepper, flax seed mix and top it with olive oil.
- The dish is ready to serve.
