Course: Starter or a Side
Time: 20 minutes
Yield: Four persons
Ingredients Needed:
2 carrots, grated
10 red radishes, grated
4 radishes, thinly sliced
½ Cucumber, grated
Few stigs of parsley
Few stigs of parsley coarsely cut
3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
¼ teaspoon of rock salt
¼ teaspoon of pepper
3 tablespoons of olives
- Take a medium size bowl. Add grated carrots, radishes and cucumber and coarsely cut parsley in the bowl. Mix these nicely and then add salt and pepper. Add olives and olive oil.
- When all these ingredients have been added, decorate it with thinly cut radishes and few parsley stigs.
