Ingredients Needed:
- 4 eggs hard boiled, cut into half,
- 2 avocados, cut into half
- 100 g rocket leaves
- 50 g pomegranate seeds
- 2 tbsp flax seed oil
- ½ tsp flaked rock salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper, finely ground
Method:
- Take a large round plate, spread rocket leaves evenly all over the plate. Add egg and avocado pieces over the leaves. Scatter pomegranate seeds evenly. Sprinkle salt, pepper and oil nicely so that everything is covered.
