You will note that there are 8 subcategories which seems a lot but there is a good reason for it.
The reason is three folds. One is the cuisine you want to follow, second is how hungry you are and third is how much time you want to spend in the kitchen. If you want to go for traditional Indian, not bothered how much time can be spent in the kitchen and hungry also, you can go for one dish from each sub category which means making 7 dishes whereas if you want to spend little time, want to have a Mediterranean type and still a nutritious meal, you can go for a big salad from salad category or pasta or any dish from the Set lunch/dinner menu. By these categories, you can pick and choose and enjoy your day and meal.
