Ingredients Needed:
- 2 mangoes, cut into slices
- 2 avocados, cut into slices
- 40 g pomegranate seeds
- 15 pieces of half walnuts
- ½ tsp flaked rock salt
- ¼ pepper, finely ground
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider, raw organic
Method
- Take a large round plate, spread mango and avocado slices evenly. On the top, add walnut pieces and sprinkle salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar.
- The dish is ready to serve.
